Root Beer Float
Ingredients
- Vanilla ice cream (they used Lucia Gelato Vanilla Bean) — as many scoops as you like
- Squamish Water Kefir Probiotic Root Beer — enough to fill your glass
Instructions
- Scoop the ice cream: add your desired number of vanilla ice cream scoops into a tall glass.
- Pour the root beer: slowly pour Squamish Water Kefir’s Probiotic Root Beer over the ice cream. Watch the fizz and foamy texture form.
- Stir gently: swirl lightly to mix the probiotics and enzymes through the float.
- Creamy, fizzy, and gut-lovin’ goodness; an indulgent treat with live probiotics and digestive enzymes in every sip. Enjoy!
Berry Delicious Smoothie
Ingredients
- 150 ml Pure Water Kefir (add more if you’re not using nut milk)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries (or berries of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon hemp hearts (use half blended and save the rest as garnish)
- ½ banana
- ½ cup baby spinach
- (Optional) 1 cup unsweetened plant-based milk
- (Optional) ¼ avocado
Instructions
- Add all ingredients (except half the hemp hearts) to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass and sprinkle the remaining hemp hearts on top as garnish.
- Take a moment to chew each sip before swallowing to activate digestion.
Tasty Turmeric Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 100 ml Pure Water Kefir*
- 50 ml unsweetened plant-based milk*
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
- ½ banana
- 1 small carrot
- ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Pinch of black pepper
- (Optional toppings) sliced banana, papaya, seeds, cacao nibs for crunch
- (Adjust kefir and plant milk depending on desired thickness)
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until thick and smooth, adjusting liquid to achieve your preferred bowl consistency.
- Pour into a bowl and smooth out the top with a spoon.

Green Goodness Smoothie
Ingredients
- 250 ml Pure Water Kefir
- 1 scoop vanilla plant-based protein powder
- ½ banana
- ½ cup baby spinach
- ¼ avocado
- Pinch of ground ginger or fresh ginger (to taste)
- (Optional) 1 tablespoon coconut yogurt or coconut cream
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until completely smooth and vibrant green.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately for maximum nutrient power.
Fermented Tahini Dressing
Ingredients
- ⅓ cup tahini
- 3–6 tablespoons Pure Water Kefir (adjust for desired thickness)
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch of sea salt
- (Optional toppings) crispy chickpeas or toasted walnuts for garnish
Instructions
- Whisk or blend tahini, kefir, lemon juice, olive oil, and sea salt until creamy and smooth.
- Adjust kefir amount to achieve a pourable consistency.
- Pour over a kale salad and massage the dressing into the leaves for extra tenderness.
