Shipping Destinations

Everwell Water Kefir Co. currently ships exclusively within Canada.

  • Our On-the-Go Probiotic Drink Mixes are available for direct online purchase with Canada-wide shipping.
  • Our refrigerated and frozen products, including Probiotic Sodas, Probiotic Popsicles, and Pure Water Kefir, are available through participating retailers and select third-party grocery delivery services.
  • We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping Address Requirements

  • A valid physical street address is required for all deliveries.
  • If you use a PO Box, you may include it alongside your physical street address.

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.

Order Processing & Handling

We process and fulfill orders Monday through Friday, excluding applicable statutory holidays.

  • Order cutoff time: 10:00 AM Pacific Time.
  • Processing time: 1–3 business days.
  • Fulfillment days: Monday–Friday.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM Pacific Time are treated as received on the next business day for processing-time calculations.

Processing time refers to the period required to prepare and hand your order over to the shipping carrier. It does not include transit time.

Shipping & Delivery Times

For orders delivered within Canada, our estimated delivery times are:

  • Order processing and handling: 1–3 business days.
  • Carrier transit: 3–9 business days.
  • Total estimated delivery: 4–12 business days.

Shipping and transit days are calculated Monday through Friday, excluding applicable holidays.

Delivery estimates may vary depending on the destination, carrier availability, weather conditions, and other circumstances outside our control.

We make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders within Canada.
  • There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free standard shipping.

Order Handling & Delivery

  • We take great care in preparing and packaging orders to ensure products arrive in excellent condition.
  • While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control.
  • If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly so we can investigate and assist.
