Shipping Destinations

• We currently ship within Canada and the United States. 
• We’re actively working toward international shipping—stay tuned for future updates.

Shipping Address Requirements

• A physical street address is required for all deliveries. At this time, we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. 
• If you use a PO Box, you may include it on the same line as your street address. For example:

12–3000 Streetname Ave., Box 111
City, Province/State
Country, Zip/Postal Code

Order Tracking

• Once your order begins processing, you’ll receive a confirmation via email or SMS. 
• A second notification with your tracking number will be sent as soon as your order ships.
  

Order Handling & Delivery

• We take great care in packaging to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition.
• While we do our best to ship orders promptly, delivery timelines may be affected by carrier delays that are outside of our control.
